COMPETITION RULES

1. These terms and conditions apply to the It Might Get Loud competition.
2. Memories in Music reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.
3. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over except employees and associates of Memories in Music C.I.C., Task Brasil, and other commercial organisations associated with the event, their families, or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.
4. The winners are responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prizes as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions, in the event they are unable to do so, Memories in Music reserves the right to select another winner.
5. Winners will be chosen at random from the correct entries. Entry is £2.00 per entry but entrants should be aware that they may be subject to charges depending on their own individual arrangements for payment and Internet access.
6. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Memories in Music reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Memories in Music reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the website.
7. Memories in Music will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Memories in Music takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
8. The competition is void where prohibited by law, and will be run in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Memories in Music will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner's (or their guest's) enjoyment of the prize.
10. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes stated and the prizes are not transferable and no part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
11. By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names and general location for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Memories in Music or its associates.
12. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
13. The organiser's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. Memories in Music reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified and in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.
15. The winner's names and general location will be published on the Memories in Music website.
